   Music media gurus always hope to get a revealing glimpse into into the lives of creative musicians.  The best of the breed go beyond the background and events.  What was the quality & intensity of the artist's music education?  Which teachers were creative mentors?  Musicianship techniques?   Musical influences?  What were your first creative efforts like?  Were you a perfectionist , or did you allow yourself to copy from the best and make them your own?  Do you improvise a lot?  Do you have your own sound?
